The First Fire  tells a story of the beginning of time where the world was was cold without any fire. These beings called the Thunders managed to send their lightning and put fire in the bottom of a tree growing on an island.  -A strange note I picked up reading this story was that the author emphasizes that this story is from a long time ago. This, I thought was a pointless effort when the story starts off with the phrase, "in the beginning of time. " -This story is heavily infused with animal characters rather than humans so far.  -Story switches to The Journey to the Sunrise  and it tells a tale of several young men who wanted to find th

(Image Information: Ultimate Vessel for Supreme Diety  https://www.reddit.com/r/NanatsunoTaizai/comments/7ir36v/ultimate_vessel_for_supreme_deity/) In the beginning of time, a big bang created a world split between heaven and hell. Each world was ruled by all-mighty entities; Aura, the goddess angel of heaven, and Amadan, the demon king of hell. For years, the two rulers raged war upon each other, creating chaos for centuries to come. Between the two opposite worlds existed a world of man, who found themselves constantly in the crossfire in the war between heaven and hell.  The two rulers also had children of their own. First born son of Amadan was named, Zaratras, who became the most notorious and feared soldier in the demon king’s army. First born daughter of Aura was named, Yama, who also became the strongest soldier in the army of heavens. Both fought countless days and nights, fighting for a cause created by their parents. However, when they met on the battlefield, it deemed too d

Izanami is the beautiful goddess of love who became the wife of Izanagi. -The reason why I chose to read and write notes on this story is because of an anime I used to watch called Naruto.  Naruto is an anime about ninjas and Izanagi and Izanami happens to be the name of jutsu that is extremely over-powered in the series. -In the beginning of time, hordes of gods and goddesses emerged out of the hearts of the earth's blossoms, and the last god to come out was Izanagi and Izanami. -Life on earth started through Izanagi and Izanami, making countless generations of man and beasts.  -Amaterasu is a jutsu that engulfs whatever the user is looking at with b

Week 8 Progress

Image
I personally enjoy this class a ton. My work so far does not reflect on that very much and I know that more than anyone else. This is my last semester of undergraduate studies, and I currently work 30+ hours a week and am preparing for pharmacy graduate school. I currently am in three online courses that I am taking to meet requirements in order to graduate. I took this course because I enjoyed a course very similar to this one. I am losing motivation left and right to finish this semester out. I will have to finish all and every extra credit opportunities to try to grab an A in this course. I will do it and I will finish undergraduate school.  (Image Information: Personal photo of my cat, Ziggy: photo taken in August 2018)

Sun Wu Kung gladly accepts as he has been wanting to go to Heaven.  -Sun Wu Kung was very disrespectful to the eyes of the servants of Heavens, but the Lord forgave him as he did not

Short Story:       There once was a professor who loved to challenge his students in fun ways. This particular semester, he decided that he would challenge all students to miss as little number of questions as possible across four exams he would give out. Student with the least number of questions missed would get 100$ gift card to wherever they wanted! Jordan, a student in the class decided that he would go for it and studied hard for every exam. He ended up missing a total of two questions total the entire semester! Thinking surely he was the person that missed the least number of questions, he approached the professor with confidence after the final exam and said, "Hello professor, I am here to collect my gift card!" The professor turned to him and said, "You missed two right? Well, there was a student who did not miss any for the whole semester." That's right. Jordan did all that work for nothing as in this world, there will always be someone better than y
