Blackbeard

Look, as an avid fan of One Piece, writing any project on Blackbeard would be a phenomenal idea. This topic would be fun to work with as I research more on the actual history behind Blackbeard and see what truly inspired Eiichiro Oda to create such a villain. Blackbeard was a renowned and notorious pirate who became an inspiration for an archetypal pirate in works of fiction across many genres.

Greek Mythology

Reading a ton of Percy Jackson series and Heroes of Olympus series, I have always loved the stories of Greek mythology. I could possibly write my own smaller version of a demigod story and create a project off of it. I used to fantasize about being half-Greek-god and half-human just to spice up my imagination and day dreaming days.

Korean Tales

Growing up in South Korea, listening to old Korean folk tales was an every day ordeal. This topic was perfect as I already have familiarity with Korean tales and would help me get more involved in my home country. What I really enjoy about Korean tales is that you can never guess the ending. I realize that people have been accustomed to the typical Hollywood happy ending. That will not be found in your typical Korean tales. Even in modern day movies, the producers and writers absolutely do not care whether the audience wanted a happy ending or not. They are famous for killing off main characters in the end, and I cannot do anything but to respect that and possibly do the same with a future project.

Robinhood

In the midst of such terrible management by the stock app, 'Robinhood' in recent days, why not research and write about the biggest financial David v.s. Goliath match in human history? This interested me as the app Robinhood was inspired by the legendary heroic outlaw who stole from the rich and gave to the poor. Well, it sure does not seem that way!
